What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the lead advisor and primary relationship manager for High-Net-Worth clients, delivering tailored financial planning and comprehensive wealth management strategies aligned with clients’ long-term goals.
- Partner closely with firm leadership to transition and strengthen existing client relationships while ensuring continuity and exceptional service.
- Develop and deepen client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow assets under management and convert prospective clients into long-term relationships.
- Lead sophisticated financial planning engagements involving investment strategy, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, charitable giving, education funding, and cash flow analysis.
- Analyze complex client financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver strategic recommendations customized to each client’s objectives.
- Collaborate with internal client service and operations teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience.
- Ensure client action items, recommendations, and follow-up activities are executed accurately and documented thoroughly.
- Mentor and support team members by providing coaching and guidance on client service excellence, onboarding, and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- CFP® and/or CFA designation strongly preferred; CPA or JD is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience within a wealth management firm, family office, or RIA.
- Demonstrated success leading High-Net-Worth client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial planning advice.
- Strong expertise across investment management, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax and estate planning strategies, and account administration.
- Leadership experience with a collaborative, team-oriented approach highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
