What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Cultivate and grow relationships within established referral programs to increase high-quality client introductions.
  • Partner closely with referral sources to understand their business, identify opportunities, and expand referral activity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between referral partners and Wealth Managers throughout the referral and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate the client journey from initial introduction through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Keep referral partners informed with timely updates and ongoing communication.
  • Conduct branch visits, educational presentations, networking events, and relationship-building meetings.
  • Support firm-wide business development initiatives, including seminars, client events, networking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute ideas and execute marketing efforts that enhance brand visibility and drive new business opportunities.
  • Participate in digital marketing and promotional initiatives as appropriate.
  • Interview prospective clients to determine alignment with the firm’s services and planning approach.
  • Gather and organize client financial information to support the planning process.
  • Introduce prospective clients to the firm’s planning philosophy, services, and advisor team.
  • Partner with Wealth Managers throughout the client acquisition process while providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, relationship management, business development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Series 65 license and CFP® designation are preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for contributing to a growing organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding client experience and helping individuals work toward their financial goals.
  • Comfortable networking, presenting to groups, and representing the firm in the community.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
