What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer a portfolio of trust, estate, agency, and guardianship accounts, including complex fiduciary relationships.
- Interpret trust documents, wills, and governing instruments to ensure accurate and compliant administration.
- Oversee account setup, asset transfers, distributions, payments, inventories, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Partner with Investment Portfolio Managers to provide comprehensive wealth management and fiduciary services.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other trusted advisors.
- Provide guidance on fiduciary matters while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Maintain accurate account records and recommend solutions for complex or non-routine fiduciary matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of trust administration experience with strong knowledge of fiduciary services.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or CTFA designation preferred.
- Solid investment management knowledge and the ability to collaborate with portfolio management professionals.
- Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
- Strong understanding of trust, estate, and fiduciary laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
