The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Strategist – Wealth Management to join its growing Wealth Management team. This highly visible role serves as a strategic extension of the Chief Investment Officer, helping shape market perspectives, strengthen advisor and CPA relationships, and deliver insightful investment guidance across public and private markets. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Represent the firm’s investment views on the economy, financial markets, and portfolio positioning in meetings with advisors, CPAs, clients, and prospects—both independently and alongside the CIO.
  • Serve as the primary resource for advisors on market developments, portfolio questions, and client-specific investment challenges.
  • Develop executive-level market commentary, economic outlooks, investment presentations, and thought leadership for external audiences.
  • Build and refine technology-enabled processes that improve the consistency, quality, and scalability of investment communications.
  • Translate complex market developments into practical, client-friendly messaging and advisor talking points.
  • Collaborate closely with the CIO by providing independent market perspectives, identifying portfolio risks, and proactively escalating key issues.
  • Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of private investment opportunities while supporting investment committee discussions.
  • Maintain high-quality investment content and advisor resources that are timely, accurate, and aligned with the firm’s investment philosophy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of investment experience within institutional asset management, a family office, large RIA, or similar environment.
  • CFA designation and/or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in macroeconomic analysis, public markets, portfolio construction, and investment communications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently lead unscripted client and advisor conversations, particularly during periods of market volatility.
  • Proven experience creating polished, executive-level investment reports, market commentary, and presentations.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating and monitoring private investments, including assessing liquidity structures, incentives, and investment risks.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, FactSet, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve research and communication.
  • A collaborative leader who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and builds credibility through expertise and responsiveness.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and execution skills.
  • Comfortable influencing without formal authority while fostering constructive dialogue and informed decision-making.
