As the firm continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor who is passionate about delivering meaningful advice, building lasting relationships, and making a measurable impact in clients’ lives.

Rather than reacting to market noise or chasing short-term performance, this firm is dedicated to helping clients make thoughtful financial decisions through disciplined investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning. Their collaborative, client-first approach empowers entrepreneurs, executives, newly independent women, and high-net-worth families to confidently navigate every stage of their financial journey.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Join a firm built on trust and integrity where independent advice, ethical decision-making, and long-term client success are at the heart of everything they do.

  • Deliver truly comprehensive advice by partnering with experienced tax, investment, and financial planning professionals to create customized strategies for every stage of a client’s financial journey.
  • Be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented culture that values your expertise, encourages professional development, and gives you the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
  • Focus on relationships—not transactions by providing proactive, holistic financial guidance that helps clients achieve lasting financial confidence rather than chasing short-term market trends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for a dedicated group of clients.
  • Develop personalized financial strategies that align with each client’s unique goals, values, and long-term vision.
  • Lead client meetings, present financial recommendations, and provide proactive guidance as circumstances evolve.
  • Create integrated wealth management solutions spanning retirement, investment, tax, estate, insurance, education, and risk management planning.
  • Partner closely with the firm’s investment, tax, and financial planning professionals to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Oversee new client onboarding while ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional service throughout the relationship.
  • Provide strategic guidance on portfolio implementation and ongoing investment management.
  • Review financial analyses and planning recommendations prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Contribute to business growth by cultivating referral relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Participate as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, helping shape portfolio strategy and investment decisions.
  • Utilize industry-leading technology and planning platforms to deliver an efficient, high-touch client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience providing wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.
  • CFP® certification in good standing is required.
  • Additional professional credentials such as CPA, CFA®, EA, or other advanced financial designations.
  • Demonstrated success leading client relationships and delivering sophisticated financial advice.

  • Proven ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and the highest standards of client confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Tamarac, eMoney, Nitrogen, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, and similar wealth management technologies.
  • Experience advising business owners, corporate executives, and affluent families.
  • History of building lasting client relationships, generating referrals, and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
