Judson Group is proud to partner with a rapidly growing, forward-thinking wealth management firm in the search for a Wealth Manager. This is an opportunity to join a growing wealth management firm in a client-facing Wealth Manager role with meaningful responsibility for client relationships and business growth. The position is well suited for an advisor who has experience providing financial advice and managing client relationships. Being an accomplished business developer with a strong track record of generating and closing new business would also be beneficial in this role.

The Wealth Manager will work with high-net-worth clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions while expanding relationships through referrals and broader share-of-wallet opportunities. Depending on experience, the role may include responsibility for an existing client base, a significant business development component, or a combination of both.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive advice and service.
  • Lead client meetings, provide financial guidance, and help develop customized wealth strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate additional assets and services within existing client relationships.
  • Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, networking, and other business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and convert qualified prospects into long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver clear, thoughtful communication around markets, investments, and broader financial planning considerations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Continue developing your knowledge, network, and business through ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3+ years of experience providing financial advice and leading client reviews, or4–5+ years of proven success in a sales/business development role within wealth management or financial services.
  • CFP® designation preferred, or active progress toward the designation.
  • Series 65 preferred.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and a strong understanding of wealth management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, retain relationships, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • Proven prospecting and closing skills for candidates with a business-development focus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of client relationships and business development activity.
  • Self-directed, commercially minded, and effective in a collaborative environment.
