Judson Group has been exclusively retained by a high-touch, boutique RIA in search of a Financial Advisor – CFP to take on a lead advisory role and help shape the future of the firm. As the primary point of contact for a select group of high-net-worth clients, you’ll lead meetings, build holistic financial plans, and develop investment strategies tailored to each client’s goals and values. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the lead advisor for a roster of high-net-worth clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Plan and conduct client meetings, proactively managing expectations and delivering a seamless advisory experience.
- Create and present comprehensive financial plans and long-term investment strategies tailored to client goals.
- Analyze complex financial data and recommend solutions in estate, retirement, tax, and investment planning.
- Manage client administration, including account setup, documentation, cashiering, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships, uncover new assets, and drive organic growth within the client base.
- Execute follow-ups and ensure all client action items are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a holistic and integrated financial planning experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing wealth advisory role, preferably with HNW clientele.
- Bachelor’s degree and Series 65 required.
- CFP® designation required; additional credentials such as CPA, CFA, JD, FPQP®, or MBA are a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial planning software, and portfolio management tools.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business development experience is a plus, but not required—growth will be supported by the firm.
