What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the lead advisor for high-net-worth client relationships and a key advisor on ultra-high-net-worth engagements.
- Deliver comprehensive planning solutions across investments, retirement, tax, estate, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive advice and exceptional client service.
- Lead financial planning reviews and guide clients through complex financial decisions.
- Engage with qualified, firm-generated prospects and help convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the firm’s integrated tax professionals to deliver a more comprehensive client experience.
- Mentor and support the development of junior advisors while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Partner with leadership to enhance planning processes, client experience, and firm scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of wealth advisory experience serving high-net-worth clients.
- CFP® designation required.
- Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive financial planning and complex client engagements.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing other advisors.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
