What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the lead advisor for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Deliver comprehensive, planning-driven advice across investments, tax strategy, estate planning, and wealth transfer.
  • Build deep, long-term client relationships rooted in trust, coordination, and proactive guidance.
  • Engage with and convert firm-supported prospects into enduring client relationships.
  • Coordinate closely with internal specialists to deliver a seamless, integrated client experience.
  • Help establish and grow the firm’s presence and reputation in the Hilton Head market.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the development of junior advisors.
  • Partner with leadership to refine processes and enhance the client experience as the firm scales.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of wealth advisory experience serving high-net-worth clients.
  • CFP® designation required.
  • Strong background in comprehensive financial planning and complex client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client trust.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build market presence from the ground up.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Leadership orientation with interest in mentoring and developing advisors.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to a planning-driven client experience.
