This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused team dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals and families with sophisticated financial planning and investment strategies.

We’re looking for a planning professional who enjoys diving into the details—someone who can build comprehensive financial plans, construct and manage multi-account portfolios across varying tax structures, and confidently communicate complex strategies in a way that clients find clear, engaging, and actionable.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Join a respected independent advisory firm with a strong reputation for delivering personalized wealth management solutions.
  • Work alongside experienced advisors serving high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families.
  • Play a meaningful role throughout the entire client planning process—from strategy development through implementation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Gain exposure to sophisticated financial planning, investment management, tax-aware portfolio construction, and estate planning coordination.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives that enhance client experience, operational efficiency, and technology adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, update, and maintain comprehensive financial plans for new and existing clients.
  • Partner with advisors to develop thoughtful financial planning strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals.
  • Assist with implementing financial planning recommendations and ensure action items are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentation materials for client meetings and ongoing service requests.
  • Attend client meetings and clearly communicate financial planning recommendations, investment strategies, and planning opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with clients’ outside professionals—including attorneys, accountants, and insurance specialists—to ensure integrated financial advice.
  • Facilitate account openings, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, and other account maintenance when needed.
  • Monitor client progress, document recommendations, and maintain accurate records throughout the planning process.
  • Participate in firm initiatives focused on improving technology, client deliverables, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current on financial planning trends, industry best practices, and regulatory developments while actively contributing ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management, preferably working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • CFP® certification or active progress toward obtaining the CFP® designation.
  • Experience with MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, AssetBook, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, and Charles Schwab is a plus.
  • Experience supporting complex client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, client-friendly recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary + bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
