What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and strengthen trusted relationships with new and existing high-net-worth clients through proactive, personalized service.
  • Serve as the Associate Advisor for the majority of client relationships while progressively assuming Lead Advisor responsibilities for a growing segment of clients.
  • Lead and support the financial planning process from initial discovery through implementation, ongoing monitoring, and long-term strategy refinement.
  • Design and present sophisticated financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.
  • Conduct client meetings that address financial planning opportunities, investment strategy, and evolving client needs.
  • Execute timely follow-up on client recommendations and ensure action items are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with clients’ attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and other trusted advisors to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
  • Prepare reports, financial analyses, and meeting materials that support informed client decision-making.
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, and other client account administration.
  • Stay current on financial planning strategies, tax law, estate planning developments, investment management, and industry best practices.
  • Lead or contribute to firm-wide initiatives focused on improving client deliverables, technology, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • CFP® certification or equivalent professional designation.
  • FINRA Series 65 license (or equivalent).
  • 5–8 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or a related financial services role.
  • Experience with MoneyGuidePro, Microsoft Dynamics, Tamarac, and Fidelity or Charles Schwab institutional platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with high-net-worth clients and managing sophisticated financial planning relationships.
  • Deep knowledge across comprehensive wealth planning disciplines, including investment management, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance and risk management, charitable giving, education funding, executive compensation, business planning, and debt strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or developing junior professionals.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential client information.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and delivering an exceptional client experience.
