What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meet with clients independently and alongside the Lead Advisor to review financial plans and investment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Document client meetings and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Gather and analyze client financial data to develop planning recommendations.
- Prepare financial plans, reports, analyses, and client presentations.
- Maintain client information within financial planning and CRM platforms.
- Review insurance needs and evaluate insurance proposals and coverage options.
- Assist with portfolio reporting, performance reviews, and client meeting preparation.
- Analyze asset allocations and support portfolio rebalancing activities.
- Conduct research and due diligence on investment products, managers, and financial solutions.
- Coordinate operational activities with custodians, broker-dealers, and other industry partners.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, mentor junior team members, and support the firm’s continued growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within wealth management or financial advisory services.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering holistic financial planning advice.
- CFP® certification, active pursuit of CFP® designation, or strong interest in obtaining certification.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with a clean SEC and FINRA record.
- Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to quickly learn and master financial planning software, analytical tools, and custodian platforms.
- Experience with Kestra, Redtail CRM, eMoney, and Holistiplan.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive balanced with a collaborative, team-first approach.
- Desire to build a long-term career within a growing independent advisory firm.
