Judson Group has been retained by a successful fee-only wealth management firm in the search for a Client Relationship Specialist – Wealth Management. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced client service professional to partner with the founder of the firm and a team of advisors.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in a client support capacity. This individual will establish and maintain a productive relationship between the firm and clients and be a critical link between clients and internal team for all aspects of client interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of paperwork, communication, and coordinating with applicable resources to resolve inquires.
• Generate portfolio review meeting agendas and materials on a weekly basis for use by Portfolio Managers and Marketing Team in client quarterly reviews.
• Handles incoming client calls and requests including questions, money movement, distributions, and account administration.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with financial advisors, clients, and prospects.
• Provide client support for various requirements on an as needed basis including checks for clients, transfer of funds/forms, IRA distribution, Required Minimum Distributions, account administration (i.e., change of address), etc. and client correspondence.

Requirements:

• Experience in Financial Services Industry.
• Must be able to Prioritize Work and Be Adaptable.
• Comfortable Interacting with Internal Team and Clients.
• Desired traits include client service mentality, self-starter, and sense of urgency.
• Experience with Charles Schwab (custodian), Tamarac Reporting/CRM and Salesforce Helpful.

Compensation: Attractive compensation package including base salary, bonus, and benefits

Location: Marlton, New Jersey. Company has an option to WFH on an alternating, weekly basis.
