Judson Group is proud to partner with a highly respected boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the search for a 401(k) Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-oriented firm with an established retirement plan practice and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service.
In this role, you’ll inherit an existing book of approximately 40 retirement plans while playing a key role in expanding the firm’s 401(k) business. With a newly established partnership creating additional referral opportunities, you’ll have the support and resources to grow your client base while making a meaningful impact on small business retirement programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and deepen relationships with an established portfolio of 401(k) plan clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to plan sponsors, delivering ongoing guidance and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s retirement plan practice.
- Leverage referral opportunities through strategic business partnerships.
- Consult with employers on retirement plan design, participant education, and fiduciary best practices.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7+ years of experience advising or servicing 401(k) retirement plans.
- Experience managing employer-sponsored retirement plan relationships.
- Demonstrated business development skills and a passion for growing client relationships.
- Existing retirement plan book of business is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
