Judson Group is proud to partner with a well-established community bank seeking a Relationship Manager – Bank Wealth for the Osterville, MA office of its Investment Management Group (IMG), serving clients throughout Cape Cod. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on delivering a high-touch client experience and enjoys being deeply involved in clients’ financial lives—from investment management to trust administration to long-term planning.

As a key member of the Investment team, the Relationship Manager will build and maintain meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, collaborating closely with internal advisors and external centers of influence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their goals and delivering thoughtful, comprehensive solutions to help them achieve financial confidence and security.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Provide tailored financial recommendations based on comprehensive analysis of clients’ financial situations.
  • Collaborate with IMG’s team of advisors across financial and retirement planning, investment management, personal insurance, trust and estate services, special needs services, and premier banking solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients’ investment strategies and financial plans remain aligned with their long-term objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, increase assets under management, and generate new business through referrals and networking.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and market developments and communicate relevant insights to clients.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of investment portfolios, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and estates.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records, documenting interactions, planning decisions, and key updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science required; Master’s degree appreciated.
  • 5–10 years of experience in financial services or a related field, with knowledge of trust administration, portfolio management, financial planning, and estate settlement.
  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
  • Strong commitment to fiduciary conduct and client-first service.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional client service while driving business growth.
  • Trust certifications, Trust School attendance, law degrees, and CFP® designation preferred.
