Judson Group has partnered with a prestigious, fast-growing national RIA to identify a Chief Learning & Integration Officer – Wealth Management, a newly created executive leadership role that will play a critical part in the firm’s continued growth through acquisitions.
Reporting closely to the COO and partnering with the executive leadership team, this individual will lead the successful integration of acquired firms while building the firm’s enterprise-wide learning and development strategy. This role is accountable not only for seamless operational, technical, and cultural integration, but also for ensuring newly acquired offices achieve measurable business success after joining the firm.
The Chief Learning & Integration Officer will build scalable integration processes, create career development pathways for advisors and employees, and establish learning programs that support long-term advisor growth and leadership development across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the full integration lifecycle from pre-acquisition planning and due diligence through post-close integration and long-term optimization.
- Develop and continuously enhance the firm’s integration playbook, including governance, timelines, communication strategies, and best practices.
- Drive operational, technical, and cultural integration of acquired RIAs while preserving the strengths and identity of each firm.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, office leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration execution.
- Build trusted relationships with acquired advisors and leadership teams, serving as the primary point of leadership throughout the integration process.
- Drive post-acquisition business performance by improving advisor adoption, client experience, operational readiness, retention, and organic growth.
- Design and launch a firm-wide learning and development platform, including onboarding, coaching, leadership development, and career progression programs.
- Create scalable career pathways for advisors, future office leaders, and employees across the organization.
- Leverage AI, automation, and technology to enhance learning, improve advisor productivity, and support exceptional client service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing integration and learning team while managing key third-party partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of leadership experience within wealth management, financial services, or the RIA industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading post-acquisition integrations within an RIA or wealth management organization.
- Deep knowledge of RIA operations, advisor workflows, compliance, and the custodial landscape, including extensive experience with Fidelity and Charles Schwab.
- Strong understanding of advisor technology ecosystems and financial planning platforms.
- Experience building or leading learning, coaching, talent development, or advisor enablement programs.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence advisors, office leaders, and senior executives alike.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams while building credibility through collaboration and influence.
