Judson Group is proud to partner with a highly respected and rapidly growing RIA serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the search for a Senior Wealth Advisor to join its Nashville-based team.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-minded Senior Wealth Advisor to help expand the firm’s presence in Nashville—one of the most strategic growth markets. While the firm does not currently maintain a physical office in Nashville, it has an established and growing client base throughout the region, including high-net-worth families, business owners, executives, and relationships within the entertainment and sports communities.
The incoming advisor will have the unique opportunity to accelerate growth by leveraging existing client relationships, referral networks, and institutional infrastructure while enjoying the support of a collaborative and highly experienced wealth management team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an advisor who wants to build something meaningful in Nashville without starting from scratch. The firm offers the resources, mentorship, and operational support needed to succeed, along with a clear path toward leadership and equity ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the lead advisor for high-net-worth client relationships and a key advisor on ultra-high-net-worth engagements.
- Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice across financial planning, investments, tax strategies, and estate planning considerations.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive guidance and exceptional client service.
- Engage with qualified, firm-generated prospects and help convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
- Help expand the firm’s presence and influence within the Nashville market.
- Mentor and develop junior advisors while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
- Partner with leadership to enhance planning processes, client experience, and firm scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of wealth advisory experience serving high-net-worth clients.
- CFP® designation required.
- Deep expertise in comprehensive financial planning and complex client engagements.
- Proven ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help grow a market and build a presence in Nashville.
- Passion for mentoring advisors and contributing to team development.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
