As a key member of the client advisory team, you’ll serve as a trusted project leader and strategic partner to families and their advisors. You’ll bring together complex financial information, develop thoughtful recommendations, lead client engagements, and coordinate the work required to turn ideas into action. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior professionals and gradually build your own business development capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage client engagements from initial planning through successful completion, ensuring projects stay on track and deliverables are accurate and timely.
- Advise clients on a broad range of personal wealth planning matters, including investments, estate and tax planning, debt, insurance, and risk management.
- Gather, organize, and analyze financial information to evaluate opportunities and develop practical, quantitative and qualitative recommendations.
- Research investment opportunities and wealth management strategies and translate findings into actionable advice.
- Prepare sophisticated financial analyses, reports, and presentations for client discussions.
- Coordinate the implementation of investment and wealth planning strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and serve as a knowledgeable, responsive resource by phone and email.
- Collaborate closely with clients’ outside professionals, including CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors.
- Delegate work, manage project priorities, and communicate progress across the broader Client Advisory Team.
- Mentor and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts through coaching, training, and hands-on guidance.
- Begin building professional networks and developing business development skills as your career progresses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment management, or a related field.
- CFP® certification or completion/in-progress of the CFP program strongly preferred; CPA, CFA, CPWA, or JD credentials are a plus.
- Strong understanding of comprehensive wealth management, including, Asset allocation and alignment, investment performance reporting and analysis, estate planning and wealth transfer strategies, charitable planning, property and casualty insurance considerations, life insurance products and planning strategies.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and develop creative, practical solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and their professional advisors.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and genuine desire to grow within the personal wealth management profession.
- Ability to successfully complete required background, consumer report, and drug/alcohol screening.
