Judson Group is proud to partner with a well-established community bank seeking an Investments Portfolio Manager – Bank Wealth to manage portfolios for affluent and high-net-worth individuals, as well as small to mid-sized institutions. This is a high-impact role for an investment professional who thrives on portfolio construction, client interaction, and contributing to a disciplined investment philosophy.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a central role in implementing the firm’s investment strategy—from large-cap core equity selection to domestic fixed income analysis, asset allocation, and manager research. You’ll also have the opportunity to build deep client relationships and support new business efforts by representing the Investment Management Group’s capabilities with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make investment decisions for affluent and high-net-worth individuals and small/mid-sized institutional clients.
  • Actively participate in the firm’s investment philosophy and processes, including large-cap core equity stock selection, domestic fixed income security selection, asset allocation strategy, and diversifying manager review and analysis.
  • Meet with clients regularly, building strong relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful guidance.
  • Support the Investment Management Group’s new business efforts, including marketing and presenting investment management and fiduciary services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of related investment experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance or economics; MBA, CFA®, or CFP® strongly preferred.
  • Strong investment acumen paired with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with investment and trading systems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Morningstar.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across teams and with clients.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
