What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering a white-glove, personalized service experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address questions and ensure a proactive, responsive service experience.
  • Support Wealth Advisors in preparing for and participating in client meetings, occasionally presenting on service-related matters.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to establish new accounts, prepare documentation, and assist with alternative investment subscriptions.
  • Lead onboarding efforts, including welcome calls, paperwork completion, and client education.
  • Manage ongoing service needs including cash movements, deposits, performance reporting, account updates, and terminations.
  • Track and maintain client information using CRM (Salesforce) and portfolio tools (Tamarac).
  • Participate in team meetings and strategic projects to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.
  • Provide input to leadership on service improvements and firmwide initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, tools, and technologies that can further elevate client service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services or client relationship management.
  • CFP designation (or a commitment to pursue within 24 months).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clear, professional, and client-ready.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and Tamarac is a plus.
  • A passion for service, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to build lasting client relationships.
  • Desire to be in the office daily.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $75k – $100k Annually (Negotiable)
  • Comprehensive benefits package
