We are seeking a senior, client-focused Lead Advisor to join the C-suite and help lead the next chapter of growth. This is a unique opportunity with a clearly defined path that, after 6–18 months, will evolve into overseeing the advisory team. In the near term, this role is centered on serving as a primary advisor to complex, high-net-worth relationships while partnering with leadership on strategy, growth, and advisor development.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as Lead Advisor on complex, high-net-worth client relationships.
- Deliver holistic wealth planning, investment oversight, and trusted guidance to multi-generational families.
- Provide leadership-level client service and act as a senior resource for relationship management.
- Partner with CEO/COO on firm leadership decisions and long-term planning.
- Support and mentor Wealth Managers through coaching, collaboration, and shared client work.
- Help define and evolve the Wealth Manager role and service standards over time.
- Champion the firm’s values and communicate the mission through client and internal interactions.
- Help guide the firm through industry trends, change, and growth.
- Support Wealth Managers with complex client needs, transitions, and problem-solving.
- Mediate and strengthen key relationships with clients, their families, and external partners.
- Collaborate on investment strategy, portfolio reviews, and COI engagement.
- Lead by example in client service, communication, and crisis resolution.
- Help advisors grow their books and deepen client engagement.
- Serve as a liaison between Wealth Managers and Marketing/BD teams.
- After 6–18 months, transition into leading and developing the advisory team, including performance management and hiring.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in the RIA or wealth management space, with deep expertise in client relationship management, portfolio oversight, and holistic planning.
- A proven Lead Advisor with the ability to manage complex client relationships and act as a trusted confidant.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills—you lead with empathy and clarity.
- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the ability to navigate sensitive client and team dynamics with professionalism.
- Strong strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset, with interest in future people leadership.
- A passion for client service excellence, growing others, and making a meaningful impact.
