What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the firm’s go-to expert on tax and estate planning for assigned client relationships.
  • Review and analyze trusts, wills, and planning documents, ensuring accuracy and optimizing outcomes.
  • Create and review tax projections and provide forward-thinking tax mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, leading discussions around estate structure and tax planning opportunities.
  • Design and implement custom estate and wealth transfer plans, collaborating with both internal and external professionals.
  • Partner with financial advisors and client service teams to ensure holistic client service and follow-through on planning actions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in tax planning, estate planning, or financial consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA strongly preferred—or willingness to pursue.
  • Public accounting experience is a plus, but not required.
  • A passion for helping clients protect and grow generational wealth through thoughtful, technical planning.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first culture.
