What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set the strategic vision and drive performance for the wealth division, with oversight of financial planning, trust administration, and compliance.
• Recruit and cultivate top advisors and wealth professionals who share a commitment to excellence.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology, data, and best-in-class processes to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with other business lines to deliver financial solutions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to ensure the organization remains agile and responsive.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in bank-based wealth management.
• Proven leadership success with a strong focus on team building and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials (MBA, CFP®, JD, CTFA) highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of trust administration, fiduciary standards, and compliance requirements.
• A results-driven, self-starter mindset with strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.
