In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced Wealth Managers to deliver a high-touch client experience, contribute to the creation of customized financial plans, and support the firm’s business development efforts. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with Wealth Managers to provide a seamless and proactive client experience.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries, anticipating needs, and building trust.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of customized financial plans and investment strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and help foster long-term relationships with HNW clients.
  • Provide timely and relevant market updates and financial insights to clients.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends through ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team that values your contributions and ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • CFP® designation preferred (or currently enrolled in a CFP program).
  • Series 65 preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, ideally with an RIA or wealth management firm.
  • Strong client service orientation with a “client-first” mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technologically savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $75k-$85k
