In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced Wealth Managers to deliver a high-touch client experience, contribute to the creation of customized financial plans, and support the firm’s business development efforts. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with Wealth Managers to provide a seamless and proactive client experience.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries, anticipating needs, and building trust.
- Support the preparation and delivery of customized financial plans and investment strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and help foster long-term relationships with HNW clients.
- Provide timely and relevant market updates and financial insights to clients.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends through ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team that values your contributions and ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- CFP® designation preferred (or currently enrolled in a CFP program).
- Series 65 preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, ideally with an RIA or wealth management firm.
- Strong client service orientation with a “client-first” mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technologically savvy and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $75k-$85k
