What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospective HNW/UHNW clients.
- Cultivate relationships through strategic networking, referrals, and Centers of Influence (COIs).
- Collaborate with local service advisors to co-lead meetings and close new client opportunities.
- Create customized investment proposals and reallocation plans tailored to client goals.
- Analyze performance reports and investment data to support client conversations.
- Partner across departments to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional long-term service for new clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in a client-facing, business development-focused advisory role (RIA experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or CFP® / CFA strongly preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with strong presentation and proposal skills.
- Demonstrated success acquiring and closing new business in the HNW/UHNW space.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strategic, consultative approach.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
