What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, building trust and delivering exceptional service that drives long-term retention.
- Lead client meetings and develop personalized financial plans that align with clients’ goals, values, and long-term vision.
- Offer strategic guidance in estate planning, income tax strategies, retirement planning, investment policy, and portfolio construction.
- Coordinate closely with clients’ external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) to ensure holistic planning and execution.
- Proactively communicate and follow up with clients to ensure their financial plans are executed and adapted over time.
- Serve as a brand ambassador—representing the firm’s values, high standards, and client-first approach at all times.
- Manage data, workflows, and compliance processes in Salesforce to ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor team members and contribute to firmwide knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Series 65 required.
- CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD, CHFC, or other advanced designations.
- 5+ years of financial advisory experience, ideally in a fee-based, planning-focused firm.
- Deep knowledge of wealth planning strategies, tax and estate coordination, and investment management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trust and simplify complex financial ideas for clients.
- Proficiency in eMoney, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred.
- Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
