We’re seeking a Client Service Associate—someone organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a service-first mindset, and are ready to make an impact from day one. You bring at least 2 years of financial services experience and a natural ability to build strong relationships. This position reports to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for client needs.
  • Open and maintain client accounts, move funds, and transfer securities.
  • Track and manage service requests, account documentation, and compliance needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and correspondence.
  • Support onboarding for new clients and assist with gifting services.
  • Prepare meeting materials and assist advisors with administrative tasks.
  • Use tools like Outlook, Concur, Salesforce, Box, and custodial systems.
  • Participate in internal meetings, training, and firm events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 or more years financial services experience.
  • Series 7 license preferred.
  • Experience in DST Vision and the Charles Schwab platform is a plus.
  • Ability to move money, open, and update accounts on the Wealthscape (Required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients and personnel.
  • Ability to organize workflow in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Able to work independently and is also comfortable with close teamwork.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) knowledge required.
