In this role, you’ll be a core member of the financial planning department, delivering in-depth planning strategies and helping high-net-worth clients navigate major life decisions with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with advisors and fellow planning professionals to understand each client’s unique goals, priorities, and financial landscape.
- Analyze client data and develop custom financial plans with actionable, forward-thinking recommendations.
- Craft and present comprehensive wealth planning deliverables that reflect each client’s life stage and aspirations.
- Support plan implementation, assist with transactions, and help clients stay on track toward their goals.
- Lead ongoing client review meetings to ensure plans remain aligned with evolving needs.
- Prepare clear and timely reports, summaries, and documentation to support planning strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with internal risk standards and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of core financial planning concepts (retirement, tax, estate, insurance, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and client-service-oriented mindset.
