In this client-facing role, you’ll partner closely with Managing Advisors and client service professionals to design and execute holistic wealth strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage deep, trusted relationships with clients by leading and supporting ongoing wealth planning conversations.
- Work closely with Managing Advisors to implement customized financial, estate, tax, and retirement plans.
- Lead client and prospect meetings, guiding discussions with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Analyze financial data, identify gaps, and develop sophisticated strategies that reflect client goals and life stages.
- Handle client action items from start to finish—ensuring follow-through and a seamless advisory experience.
- Manage account administration, cash flow requests, and all financial planning inquiries.
- Coordinate investment implementation and trading needs with the Asset Management Department.
- Collaborate with the client service team to ensure a white-glove client experience at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For:
- CFP® certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a client-facing, lead advisor role.
- Expertise in comprehensive financial planning, portfolio strategy, and client relationship management.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to client service.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple complex priorities with precision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial planning tools, and portfolio management software.
