    Judson Group has been retained by a highly respected, rapidly growing RIA with a national presence to add a Wealth Advisor to their Memphis team. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with HNW/UHNW clients in a lead advisor role and has interest in participating in organic business development moving forward.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for relationship building with clients, centers of influence, and prospects for clients.
    • Retain and maintain existing relationships, deepening client relationships and helping to organically grow the client base.
    • Responsible for assisting to close HNW and UHNW prospective clients.
    • Responsible for holistic financial planning, portfolio management, and tax planning strategies.
    • Effectively communicate financial plans during client meetings.
    • Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
    • Work with various firm members to ensure the client’s financial needs are met.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of client facing wealth management experience required.
    • CFP or CFA required; advanced education and designations desired including but not limited to: CPA/PFS, CPWA, JD/LLM, MBA.
    • Ability to take on lead advising responsibilities and mentor junior advisors.
    • Excellent communication and client facing skills.
    • Ability to travel within the metropolitan area regularly to take client meetings.
