Judson Group has been retained by a leading wealth and financial services firm in the search for a Wealth Management Marketing Associate responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the firm’s marketing and advertising initiatives. The Wealth Management Marketing Associate will play a vital role in the firm’s growth and have important responsibilities that range from creative influence to business strategy. The Wealth Management Marketing Associate’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing business through successful marketing for the entire firm, using market research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. The Wealth Management Marketing Associate will also ensure the firm’s message is distributed across channels including seeking out new ways to deliver messaging, such as mobile platforms, video, and social media. The ideal candidate has strong experience executing marketing initiatives across a financial services environment.


  • Oversee the firm’s overall marketing, advertising, and outreach strategy.
  • Drive revenue by increasing business through marketing activities.
  • Negotiate advertising contacts and vendors.
  • Create and approve marketing campaign goals and strategies.
  • Utilize various tools and resources including mobile platforms, social media, video, newsletters, mailings, and other branding and marketing tools.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with the firm’s financial and branding goals.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with firm goals.
  • Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market.
  • Utilize research and market trends to conceptualize full marketing campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing within financial services environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management.
  • Strong experience marketing using social media, newsletters, video and other resources.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate customer advocacy.
  • Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
