Judson Group has been retained by a well-respected, independent RIA in the search for a Wealth Executive Assistant/Client Services. This candidate will have the unique role of providing high-touch client service needs for high net worth clients and prospects. The ideal candidate is passionate about client service, demonstrates exceptional communication and time management skills, and approaches their work with an eagerness to ensure accuracy and expertise in all client deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client needs in all aspects of service including opening/updating client accounts, money transfers, drafting documentation, and client communications
- Act as a liaison between Advisors, clients, and custodians to process client requests and resolve issues
- Manage the client onboarding process for HNW clients
- Field incoming calls to assist clients with questions or requests
- Maintain client data ensuring accuracy, compliance, security, and timeliness
- Prepare various reports for client reviews and other miscellaneous meetings
- Provide administrative assistance to the tax team
- Maintain front office presence, greet clients, handle office mail and office supplies
- Develop new ways to continuously provide the best service to the firm’s clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; designations a plus
- 2+ years’ experience with a financial services or RIA firm working with HNW clients
- Experience successfully completing paperwork for new accounts, handling client requests, and meeting/event coordination
- Knowledge of back and front office operations of a financial planning and investment management firm
- Excellent technology skills: Typing proficiency, Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must
- Ability to work independently, with little oversight, but with accountability to the client and the organization
