    Judson Group has been retained by a leading independent fiduciary in the search for a Client Relationship Specialist. The Client Relationship Specialist will support the firm’s financial advisors and clients with relationship management, operational tasks, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships. This individual will be expected to deliver unwavering commitment to exceed client expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serves as resource for financial advisors in designing a tailored financial analysis or comprehensive financial plan for a client that meets their financial needs and goals.
    • Builds and maintains client relationships in partnership with the financial advisors.
    • Facilitates new client onboarding and account opening/transfers.
    • Monitors asset allocation models and asset rebalancing.
    • Interfaces with custodians daily regarding alerts.
    • Attends meetings held by the financial advisors with clients and prospects.
    • Summarizes client meeting notes and provides recommended planning options with summary and forecast.
    • Works with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
    • Gathers client data including financial constraints and goals.
    • Handles incoming client calls and requests including questions, money movement, and distributions.
    • Acta as client relationship manager for clients assigned by financial advisors and leadership.

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS Degree; CFP or similar designations strongly preferred.
    • 4+ years of experience with an investment consulting/management firm, family office, or RIA.
    • Must be able to use Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, and National Advisors Trust Company software.
    • Strong working knowledge of investment concepts such as asset allocation, retirement plans, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and insurance-based products.
    • Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
