As the firm continues its strategic growth, we are seeking a seasoned and relationship-focused Senior Wealth Advisor to join its expanding Mid-West team and take over an existing book of clients. This role is ideal for an advisor who values fiduciary responsibility, excels in client engagement, and is motivated by long-term impact rather than transactional outcomes.

As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will serve as a primary point of contact for a substantial client base, delivering thoughtful advice, disciplined investment oversight, and comprehensive financial planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of wealth management clients, serving as their trusted advisor across all aspects of their financial lives.
  • Driving exceptional client retention through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and regularly scheduled portfolio and planning reviews.
  • Advising clients on complex financial planning matters, including multi-generational wealth considerations and evolving life events.
  • Partnering with the wealth management team to design and oversee customized investment portfolios, utilizing equities, fixed income, ETFs, structured notes, and alternative investments.
  • Supporting new client acquisition efforts through collaboration with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably advising high-net-worth individuals or families.
  • Series 65 and/or CFP® designation, or a commitment to pursuing advanced credentials.
  • Demonstrated success building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions.
  • Strong investment acumen, financial planning knowledge, and polished presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to other offices in other states.
