What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with Lead Wealth Managers to analyze and implement planning strategies across retirement, tax, estate, and more.
- Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and recommendations with clarity and precision.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings—turn conversations into action plans.
- Own the execution of planning strategies and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
- Engage in a strategic planning specialty (e.g., tax, estate) and stay ahead of trends and tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional financial planning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- CFP® certification (or on track to obtain it).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- A positive, approachable attitude with a passion for client service.
