What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with Lead Wealth Managers to analyze and implement planning strategies across retirement, tax, estate, and more.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and recommendations with clarity and precision.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings—turn conversations into action plans.
• Own the execution of planning strategies and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
• Engage in a strategic planning specialty (e.g., tax, estate) and stay ahead of trends and tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional financial planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• CFP® certification (or on track to obtain it).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• A positive, approachable attitude with a passion for client service.
