Judson Group has partnered with a highly respected, rapidly growing national RIA to add a Regional Director – Business Development to their Los Angeles team based in the Brentwood area.

This is a high-impact business development role focused on driving growth through the RIA’s strategic partnerships that generate significant referral volume. You’ll play a key role in accelerating organic growth and expanding the firm’s footprint in a top-tier market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and deepen relationships with custodial referral partners, COIs, and prospects in the LA market.
• Lead and close new client opportunities among HNW/UHNW individuals.
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management, including financial planning, portfolio management, and tax strategy.
• Ensure execution and follow-through of planning action items across internal teams.
• Be a visible, trusted face of the firm—both externally and internally.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in a lead advisor role with HNW/UHNW clients.
• CFP or CFA preferred; additional credentials (CPA/PFS, CPWA, JD/LLM, MBA) desired.
• Proven success in sales and business development within a fiduciary, client-first model required.
• Strong communicator with exceptional relationship management skills.
• Comfortable traveling throughout the LA metro area for in-person meetings.
