We’re seeking a polished and entrepreneurial Associate Director, Wealth Advisor to join a best-in-class advisory team. This role blends strategic planning and relationship management—supporting senior Wealth Advisors while also leading a portfolio of less complex client relationships. A successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, able to operate both independently and collaboratively, and must be comfortable driving relationships and projects with limited direction. This role is ideal for those who wish to further their client advisory skills under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced Wealth Advisor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with senior advisors to deliver customized wealth management strategies.
• Serve as lead advisor for select clients.
• Prepare and present financial plans, net worth statements, and investment proposals.
• Drive client meetings, manage deliverables, and ensure outstanding service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, COIs, and external advisors.
• Analyze estate plans, tax returns, and entity structures; collaborate with internal experts.
• Monitor portfolio performance, implement trades, and maintain IPS documents.
• Stay current on industry trends and proactively enhance client planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFP®, or CFA® preferred or in progress.
• 4+ years in financial services or wealth management.
• Series 65 required (or obtain within 120 days).
• Strong technical acumen across investments, financial planning, and estate/tax topics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and project management skills.
