What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a sophisticated client base, building lasting relationships through proactive communication and world-class service.
- Guide clients through personalized investment strategies, portfolio reviews, tax-efficient planning, and holistic financial roadmaps.
- Prepare and present compelling financial plans and investment insights during client meetings.
- Execute trades, respond to complex inquiries, and solve unique client challenges with confidence and precision.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal planning, investment, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in a client-facing wealth management or RIA role, managing high-net-worth relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFP® or CFA strongly preferred. Series 65/66 required (or willing to obtain).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with wealth tech platforms is a plus.
- High attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep desire to exceed client expectations.
- Ability to self-manage and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
