What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary advisor and trusted partner for a portfolio of existing clients, delivering comprehensive wealth planning, investment advice, and proactive service.
- Formulate and implement tailored financial strategies that align with each client’s goals, values, and long-term objectives.
- Lead client meetings and portfolio reviews, ensuring all deliverables are timely, accurate, and meaningful.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of clients’ financial lives, including investments, retirement planning, estate strategies, tax planning, and risk management.
- Spearhead business development efforts in the Louisville market through networking, community involvement, and relationship cultivation.
- Collaborate with internal planning, investment, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and sophisticated client experience.
- Represent the firm at local events and serve as a visible leader in the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services, with a strong record of building and managing client relationships.
- Professional designations such as CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or MBA strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the RIA channel and a commitment to objective, fee-only financial advice.
- Proficiency with financial planning tools, CRM systems, portfolio management platforms, and document management software.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong presence in the community or desire to build one, with a natural talent for relationship-building and trust development.
