Judson Group is working with a growing fee-only, independently owned RIA with over $1.3B AUM in their search for a Client Service Associate. This individual be responsible for building and maintaining deep relationships with the firm’s clients and supporting the advisors with operations and client service functions. This includes managing the full cycle of operations including account openings/transfers and enhancing the overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documents are completed and questions regarding onboarding are addressed.
  • Manage account maintenance paperwork.
  • Facilitate money transfers between accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operation inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to prepare client annual reports.
  • Continuously work to improve operational processed and workflows.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a wealth management or investment management firm.
  • Bachelors’ Degree required; advanced degree or wealth management certifications a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize secure document exchange with clients, custodians, and third-parties.
  • Strong client-facing skills/experience.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in relevant software applications, such as CRM systems and financial management platforms.
