What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with senior planners and advisors to understand each client’s unique goals, concerns, and financial landscape.
- Analyze and synthesize client data to support the development of tailored, forward-thinking financial strategies.
- Create and refine wealth planning deliverables with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and strategic insight.
- Participate in client meetings, offering insight and ensuring timely follow-up and execution of action items.
- Monitor, maintain, and update client financial plans to reflect changes in life, law, or the market.
- Tackle ad hoc client requests and contribute to firm-wide projects that support innovation and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CFP® designation (or active pursuit) required.
- Tax planning experience is a plus, especially in high-net-worth contexts.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—you know how to make data meaningful.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with planning software a bonus.
