What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with senior planners and advisors to understand each client’s unique goals, concerns, and financial landscape.
  • Analyze and synthesize client data to support the development of tailored, forward-thinking financial strategies.
  • Create and refine wealth planning deliverables with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and strategic insight.
  • Participate in client meetings, offering insight and ensuring timely follow-up and execution of action items.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update client financial plans to reflect changes in life, law, or the market.
  • Tackle ad hoc client requests and contribute to firm-wide projects that support innovation and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • CFP® designation (or active pursuit) required.
  • Tax planning experience is a plus, especially in high-net-worth contexts.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you know how to make data meaningful.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with planning software a bonus.
