  • Serve clients alongside professionals who lead with honesty, empathy, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with advisors and directly with clients to design and execute wealth strategies that align with each client’s unique story.
  • Partnering with Wealth Managers to create, present, and maintain customized financial plans.
  • Acting as a go-to relationship contact for clients, delivering proactive, thoughtful service.

  • Overseeing client onboarding, account administration, and ongoing service needs.
  • Preparing trade recommendations and contributing to investment discussions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Financial Planning, Economics, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a financial services role.
  • CFP® designation (or actively pursuing).
  • Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • Experience with Tamarac (Advisor View + CRM).
  • Experience serving high-net-worth individuals or working at a boutique advisory firm.
  • Comfort with investment concepts and portfolio implementation.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management and organization.
  • A growth mindset and a proactive, client-first attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus.
  • Defined career development path.
  • Full benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO.
  • Professional Development: Ongoing mentorship, continuing education support, and advancement opportunities.
