- Preparing trade recommendations and contributing to investment discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Financial Planning, Economics, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a financial services role.
- CFP® designation (or actively pursuing).
- Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Experience with Tamarac (Advisor View + CRM).
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals or working at a boutique advisory firm.
- Comfort with investment concepts and portfolio implementation.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail with excellent time management and organization.
- A growth mindset and a proactive, client-first attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary + performance bonus.
- Defined career development path.
- Full benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO.
- Professional Development: Ongoing mentorship, continuing education support, and advancement opportunities.
