Judson Group has been retained by a fee-only RIA in the search for an Institutional Relationship Manager to manage new and existing institutional accounts. The relationship manager is responsible for the retention, growth, and servicing of these relationships. They will primarily work to retain existing business through deepening relationships with decision-makers and non-profit committee/board members. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional presenter and be fluent in the understanding and communication of a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance institutional client relationships.
- Develop and grow new relationships through institutional client base (business development).
- Prepare and deliver presentations at client meetings, various groups, and conferences.
- Confidently discuss current economic conditions with clients and board members.
- Prepare written commentary on market, economy, portfolio, and other relevant topics for institutions.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree, advanced degree preferred.
- CFA preferred, other financial designations a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services with direct involvement serving institutional clients.
- Strong ability to be persuasive and influence key members and relationships.
- Strong presentations, communication, and technology skills.
