Judson Group has been retained by a growing independently held RIA in the search for a Senior Wealth Advisor. This individual over time will join an established team and begin to take over 80-100 existing client relationships with financial planning responsibilities. The Lead Advisor will not have to develop their own client base as most new business comes via client referral. As such, a focus on white glove service is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex client transactions, implementing investment and financial planning recommendations, conducting client meetings, closing on client referrals, and ensuring top-notch client service.
Responsibilities:
- Build, retain, and maintain client relationships.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans and long-term investment strategies.
- Deliver integrated wealth management services with emphasis on investment management and financial planning.
- Conduct client meetings.
- Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
- Gather client data including financial constraints and goals.
- Conduct financial planning reviews, implementing as necessary.
- Ensure a top-notch client service experience.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- CFP required.
- 10+ years of client-facing experience with an RIA or family office preferred.
- Strong financial planning/investment experience.
- Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.
- Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
