Judson Group has partnered with a well-respected Wealth Management firm in the search for a Practice Manager. This individual will report directly to the owner and will oversee primary responsibility for client services, office administration, human resources, accounting, technology, and marketing.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, knowledge of the client service and operations processes in Wealth Management firm, and the ability to be a strategic thought leader and drive change. This individual should have a passion for client service and finding strategic, efficient solutions.


  • Manage all office administrative activities including greeting clients, phone management, scheduling, mail coordination, office materials and equipment, travel arrangements, and office communication.
  • Manage a variety of documents and information including client correspondences, meeting materials, and schedules.
  • Implement new processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency day-to-day.
  • Responsible for ensuring a top-notch client experience including account management and communication.
  • Perform HR related functions including hiring, reviews, professional development, payroll, billing, and accounts payable.
  • Oversee technology resources and processes as they pertain to the client experience and operations.
  • Manage all new and existing vendor relationships.
  • Oversee marketing strategy, online presence, and client events.


  • 5+ years of experience preferably within a wealth/investment firm in client services or as a Practice Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of basic financial services operational functions, terminology, and software.
  • High degree of customer service, confidentiality, and urgency.
