Judson Group has partnered with a successful RIA in the search for a Client Service Associate – Relationship Manager that provides administrative and operational support to one or more Advisors of the firm. The Relationship Manager assists with Ultra High Net Worth client daily needs. Responsibilities include; new account opening, creating households, cashiering, ACH transfers, assisting clients, researching problems, maintaining account records and preparing client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client needs in all aspects of service including opening/updating client accounts, money transfers, drafting documentation, and client communications
- Act as a liaison between Advisors, clients and custodians to process client requests and resolve issues
- Manage the client onboarding process for UHNW clients
- Coordinate and execute investment allocation and rebalance strategies
- Maintain client data ensuring accuracy, security, and timeliness
- Prepare various reports for client reviews and other miscellaneous meetings
- Develop new ways to continuously provide the best service to the firm’s clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of operational experience within the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues
- Client services oriented and strong attention to detail
