What You’ll Be Doing:
- Play a central role in delivering comprehensive financial advice and strengthening client relationships.
- Create, refine, and present holistic financial plans using advanced planning software.
- Lead the development of tailored recommendations across retirement, tax, estate, risk, and investment strategies.
- Analyze and model complex financial scenarios to address sophisticated client needs.
- Serve as the primary advisor for a select group of clients and communicate complex concepts clearly through meetings, presentations, and ongoing interactions.
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with client goals and evolving risk tolerance.
- Partner with Wealth Advisors and Portfolio Management teams to design and execute portfolio strategies, including trading and tax optimization.
- Stay fluent in the firm’s investment philosophy and technology platforms.
- Build and deepen client relationships through proactive, high-touch engagement.
- Manage and advance the prospect pipeline, including onboarding new clients.
- Contribute to business development efforts both independently and collaboratively.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Identify advanced planning opportunities and contribute to internal best practices.
- Engage in team business planning and support firm-wide strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and thorough client records within CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance through diligent documentation and billing reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services.
- CFP® designation (or equivalent: ChFC or CPA/PFS) required.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, investment strategy, tax, and estate planning.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial situations and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and prospect pipelines.
- Business development mindset with a collaborative approach.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
