What You’ll Be Doing:
- Play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and sophisticated financial strategies.
- Develop, update, and present comprehensive financial plans using advanced planning software.
- Design and deliver strategies across retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning.
- Identify advanced planning opportunities and contribute to internal best practices.
- Build deep expertise in the firm’s investment philosophy and portfolio construction approach.
- Create and monitor tailored investment strategies aligned with each client’s evolving risk tolerance.
- Partner with Portfolio Management on portfolio implementation, trading, and tax optimization strategies (including tax-loss harvesting).
- Collaborate with fellow Associate Wealth Advisors and cross-functional teams to enhance client outcomes.
- Master the firm’s technology stack, including CRM systems and custodial platforms.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—leading communications, presentations, and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records within CRM systems.
- Conduct billing reviews and support compliance efforts for the advisory team.
- Contribute to team business planning and support strategic firm initiatives.
- Participate in business development efforts within a team-based environment.
- Lead a select group of client relationships and drive the delivery of planning recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in financial services.
- Series 65 (or equivalent).
- CFP® preferred (or ChFC, CPA/PFS equivalent).
- Strong foundation in financial planning, including investments, tax, risk management, and estate strategies.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and analytical tools.
