The Associate Advisor supports Lead Advisors in delivering comprehensive, objective advice and an exceptional client experience. You’ll focus on financial planning execution, client meeting preparation and follow-up, and cross-team coordination—while steadily building client-facing, technical, and relationship management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with Lead Advisors to support client relationships, engagement, and retention.
- Serve as a secondary advisory contact for assigned clients, handling planning-related inquiries and communication.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up tracking in the CRM.
- Develop a strong understanding of client goals, financial circumstances, and risk profiles.
- Support proactive client engagement and planning-related follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Financial Planning team to prepare and maintain comprehensive financial plans.
- Assist with implementation and monitoring of planning recommendations across retirement, cash flow, education, insurance, estate planning coordination, and tax-aware strategies.
- Support portfolio-related planning needs in partnership with the Investment Management team.
- Translate complex planning concepts into clear, client-friendly materials.
- Work closely with Client Relations to ensure seamless execution of service requests and follow-ups.
- Track advisory tasks and deliverables to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and the overall client experience.
- Assist with firm events, referrals, and new business tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment support.
- CFP® progress or completion preferred.
- Familiarity with the RIA/independent advice model.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning, CRM, and portfolio management systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
