What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with planning team members to gather, analyze, and understand client goals.
  • Create and deliver tailored, high-impact financial planning strategies and recommendations.
  • Lead client review meetings and guide clients through plan implementation.
  • Oversee the preparation of wealth planning deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Mentor and assign work to Financial Planning Analysts and Associate Planners.
  • Contribute to a culture of compliance and maintain risk-aware practices.
  • Partner with Lead Advisors and firm leadership on client and business development efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • BA/BS Degree required.
  • CFP® certification required.
  • 3–7 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies, tools, and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-centric environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
